While nobody is perfect, we always strive for perfection. In the rare instance that an error occurs, we want to provide you with a worry-free experience. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of you.

Our “Do-It-Right Guarantee” ensures a quick and easy resolution:

• If your order contains items that are materially different from your final design or are on incorrect products, we will either reship the incorrect pieces or issue a full or partial refund, according to your preference.
• If, for any reason, we are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you for those items. Your refund will be processed within 2-3 days after receiving your items.

We fully cover the responsibility for return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return and exchange policy?

Football Hub Store allows for returns and exchanges if you’ve had a change of heart about a product.

All returns and exchanges due to a change of mind are subject to a 30-day policy from the receipt of the order, following these terms and conditions:

• The item must be in its original purchase condition – unopened packaging, unused, unmarked, and undamaged in any way.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
• This return policy does not apply to items identified as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
• For online orders, Football Hub Store covers the shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
• Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional and not affected by our return and exchange policy.

Return Process

How do I return an online purchase?

You can reach our Customer Service by emailing: support@footballhubstore.com and including the following details in your inquiry:

• Order Number,
• Name of the Item, and
• Reason for return.

What if my item was missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty?

We apologize if you received a parcel with missing, incorrect, or damaged items/rewards! Inform us by contacting our Customer Service Team via email: support@footballhubstore.com with the subject ‘Missing Item,’ ‘Wrong Item,’ or ‘Damaged / Expired Item.’

Include the following details in your communication:

• Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received,
• Name of Item, and
• Order Number.

Please refrain from disposing of or throwing away any items you’re writing about! We may arrange to collect the product.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will retrieve it if the order has not been dispatched.

Note that once your order is submitted, we will immediately begin work on personalized items. If you wish to cancel a shipped purchase, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtracting shipping fees and discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days from the date of this email for funds to be available in your account, and an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
